We recently sold our mother’s house. It went on the market in June 2007, right after the collapse in the real estate market began. We couldn’t have chosen anyone better to handle the sale than Patricia and David Wangsness. It took a year, but in that time Patricia was there with suggestions and ideas, including an art exhibit at the house!, to draw people in, and most important, moral support every step of the way. She kept saying that when the right person came along, it would take off. She was absolutely right!
Not only were we selling the house, but we were also trying to do a boundary line adjustment at the same time. With each turn of events she was there to guide me thru the maze and help expedite whatever paperwork needed to be done.
You definitely knew that she doesn’t just hang out the sign and wait to see what happens. She is committed to “the cause” from start to finish and beyond. I can’t imagine having had anyone else to help us thru the process and keep our spirits up along the way. Thank you Patricia!

The best thing about working with Patricia is her calm confidence and willingness to do anything that needs to be done. Whether it was opening the house for us on the 80th time, meeting the inspector, handling title or following up on addendum items, she never let her busy schedule or concerns about financing, etc betray her calm demeanor. She has an efficiency that lends confidence and I think that is the most important thing you can give a client. Value can be established, buyers are savvy and sellers can do a certain level of marketing, but having someone that's so efficient that the process seems flawless is an asset that not everyone offers - I think that was the best thing we got from her. She was also very open minded - when I wanted to make a lower offer, she discussed it with me, but she was open to trying it and it paid off. I know from experience years ago that not every agent is open minded. On the flip side, I like that she is not afraid to tell me when she thinks I'm wrong - she is the professional and she is able to assert it without making it an issue.
